Meet Kym

I build fearless and empathetic leaders, shifting mindsets for growth and advocating kind assertiveness that creates meaningful change.

With 25 years of military service, I’ve had the honor of leading and developing thousands of leaders in some of the most challenging environments. Through these experiences, I’ve learned that the key to effective leadership is understanding the whole person - going beyond performance to truly grasp what motivates each individual.

I’m passionate about creating psychologically safe workplaces where diverse thoughts and expressions are embraced, and every team member is supported in their growth. My leadership approach is grounded in self-reflection, introspection, and gathering feedback from others, helping leaders understand their intentions and the impact their actions have on others.
